Cathy always knew the best places to eat, visit and shop. She was a lover of life and always had a new recipe or recommendation for people to try. The great thing about her though was her love for these things was always overshadowed by her love for people. She was an amazing hostess, tour guide and friend to everyone who spent even a short amount of time with her. We had the privilege of visiting Cathy and Mike in Selcuk during a vacation and not only did they show us the sites, shops and restaurants, they also introduced us to everyone they knew. We couldn't believe how many people we met and how genuinely happy these people were to see Cathy and Mike. This was Cathy in her element, loving life and others.
